• Payment Information: Billing address, payment method type and transaction references. We do not store full card numbers — payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.
• Website & Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, device type and cookies. This data is collected automatically when you browse our website.
• Communications: Messages you send via our contact form, emails, WhatsApp communications, appointment requests, feedback and any notes you share with our team.

As a patient or website user, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal and health data we hold about you. This is provided free of charge with a minimum of 30 days' notice, subject to verification of identity.
• Right to Correction: You may request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete data we hold about you.
• Right to Deletion: You may request deletion of your data. Please note that we are legally required to retain patient health records for a minimum period (see Section 7), so this right may be limited in some circumstances.
• Right to Withdraw Marketing Consent: If you have opted in to receive health tips, newsletters or promotional communications, you may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us or clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.
• Right to Restrict Processing: In certain circumstances, you may request that we limit how we use your data.

• Patient health records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years after your last treatment, in accordance with Indian medical record-keeping regulations.
• Minor patients: Records are retained until the patient reaches the age of 25, or for 7 years after their last treatment, whichever is longer.
• Website analytics data: Anonymised usage data is retained for a maximum of 12 months, after which it is deleted or further anonymised.
• Marketing consent data: Retained until you withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications.
• General enquiry communications: Emails and messages are retained for up to 3 years for reference and quality purposes.

Once the applicable retention period expires, we securely delete or destroy your data in a manner that prevents recovery.

We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate our website and deliver our services. Each provider has their own privacy policy governing how they handle your data:

• Razorpay — Payment processing for online appointment payments and billing. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled. We do not store full card details on our systems.

We welcome patients of all ages and are committed to providing a safe, family-friendly environment. We apply the following additional protections for the data of patients under the age of 18:

• A parent or legal guardian must provide explicit consent before we collect and process a minor's personal and health information.
• Treatment records for minors are accessible only to the treating dental team and, where relevant, the parent or legal guardian with parental responsibility.
• We do not use the data of minors for any marketing or promotional purposes.
• As noted in Section 7, records for minor patients are retained for longer periods as required by law.
• If you believe a child's data has been collected without appropriate consent, please contact us immediately so we can rectify this.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements or for other operational reasons. When we make changes:
